Provide technical support for Firewalls of various brands as Tier 2 for International Customers, over the phone or chat, documenting tickets following customer procedures focusing on problem isolation and resolution;? Technical lead for troubleshooting and problem resolution;? Implement Service Requests, such as firewall rules, interface additions, routing statements;? Drive problems to resolution. Skills:? Required advanced English skill;? Willing to work shifts on a 7/24 schedule;? Ability to multitask and manage high volume of work; ? Ability to handle stressful situations;? Familiar with ITIL;? Networking skills (IP addressing, Sub-netting, TCP Protocol);? Firewall skills (examples of firewall technologies supported: PIX, ASA, Checkpoint, Juniper, iptables);? NAT (Network Address Translation);? VPN (Virtual Private Network) support and/or implementation;? High Availability Environments knowledge (The professional must be comfortable with Virtual IP and boxes redundancy );? Technical Certifications will be considered a plus, such as: CISCO CCNA SecurityCISCO CCSP – Cisco Certified Security ProfessionalCheckpoint CCSA ? Check Point Certified Security AdministratorCheckpoint CCSE ? Provide technical support for LAN Devices (Switches, Routers, Wireless, Proxy and etc) of various brands as Tier 1 or 2 for International Customers, over the phone or chat, documenting tickets following customer procedures focusing on problem isolation and resolution;? Technical lead for troubleshooting and problem resolution;? Drive problems to resolution. Skills:? Required advanced English skill;? Willing to work shifts on a 7/24 schedule;? Ability to multitask and manage high volume of work; ? Ability to handle stressful situations;? Familiar with ITIL;? Networking skills (IP addressing, Sub-netting, TCP Protocol);? 2 year of experience on Network Support, solving issues on LAN devices;? HSRP, STP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP knowledge;?
